Running her own call center in northwestern Tunisia

Najet used to work in a call center as a team leader but she’d always wanted to run her own company. In 2011 she decided to make her dream a reality by setting up her own call center in Le Kef, Tunisia. She now employs more than 20 people and the company conducts market research for a growing number of organizations, mainly in France.

Najet was motivated to do HP LIFE e-Learning training as it gave her the opportunity to learn new skills and to network with other professionals and entrepreneurs. Through her training, Najet gained new marketing and managerial skills, which she is using to grow her business.



Najet’s future plans are to develop new partnerships and access new markets through the HP LIFE e-Learning global online community – particularly in France, Switzerland and Belgium.
